Welcome to Mantra Yoga Studio, Thornbury Ontario.

At Mantra, we love yoga and we believe it is for everyone!
The schedule reflects our intention to offer classes for all types of students.
We won’t judge, scold, dismiss or intimidate– we just want to help you connect with yourself.

“It is such a privilege to have the opportunity to help pass on this life changing practice.
The benefits to body, mind and spirit are far beyond anything else that I personally have experienced. Not so long ago, I was depressed and discouraged; overweight and suffering from daily headaches, all over pain and a feeling of being completely adrift – surviving as opposed to living.  My connection to myself and therefore to everything else was gone. Through the practice of yoga postures and meditation, the union of body, mind and spirit that is yoga, that connection continues to be restored every day.
Yoga provided the opportunity to re-direct my personal journey to one of hope – to move forward instead of drowning in a sea of self-pity and pain– the realization that everything we need is inside us already– we only need the means to uncover that truth. That means is yoga and it is my hope to help pass that information on in any way possible.
